About the role

As our Service Superintendent, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance expertise.
• Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Pay

Annual Base Pay Range: $115,400 – $151,410. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the role requirements, business strategy needs, and factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

• KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
• KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
