Responsibilities

• Research, create and recommend scopes of work, contractors, vendors and suppliers
• All RFPs must be submitted to client within 72 hours
• Cook up and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval
• Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction
• Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date
• Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel which could be the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Regional Manager concerning all aspects of the project
• Inspect all completed work to ensure quality control
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained targeting a “Zero Incidents Today” mindset to include conducting and participating in safety meetings and programs
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective subcontractors
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to agreed terms
• Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
