A Day in the Life

• Drive sales distribution goals by expanding presence in retail outlets and increasing points of interruption.
• Ensure all executional elements of company and distributor commercial plans are delivered with precision.
• Merchandise and install selling materials in assigned store visits.
• Frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving personal vehicle required.
• Transport selling materials in personal vehicle.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Create strong, route-level relationships with store managers.
• Energize product displays in cold vaults and coolers.
• Maximize chilled placement across all accounts.
• Manage and place point-of-sale materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Demonstrate responsibility by maintaining program materials and company assets.
• Show punctuality and reliability by adhering to shift schedule and representing the brand appropriately.
• Display exceptional professionalism and communication skills.

Who You Are

• Preference for a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study (or working towards it).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing role.
• Preferred certifications: Clean driving record, 21 years of age or older (for insurability).

Requirements

• Physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in extreme environments.
• Ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.
• Frequent lifting and moving of 10-25 pounds.
• Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, seeing, operating objects, tools, and controls.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (for insurability).
