Street Team Member
Responsibilities
- Aid in the setup and dismantling of activation equipment including sound, tables, tents, decorations, prizes, games, etc.
- Manage “tent & table” activations at grassroots events by engaging with fans, distributing giveaways, and running on-site games and sweepstakes.
- Collaborate with various departments to execute ballpark events and special ticket package item distributions.
- Execute off-site Orioles grassroots events, rallies, watch parties, school assemblies, mascot appearances, and other Street Team activations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and meetings to enhance brand activations and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Represent and promote the Baltimore Orioles brand at Camden Yards and third-party events, conventions, and festivals.
- Perform various event-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
- College degree in Sport Marketing, Sport Management, Events & Hospitality, or Marketing preferred
- Flexible schedule and ability to work long hours on nights and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
