Strategy & Transformation, Senior Manager – Digital Transformation
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements across finance, operations, and enterprise functions
Advises executive teams on operating model modernization and enterprise transformation strategy
Defines enterprise transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and operational priorities
Designs future-state enterprise system architectures that support digital and AI-enabled business models
Evaluates how core platforms (ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI systems, workflow tools) integrate into a cohesive enterprise architecture
Identifies system redundancies, integration gaps, and data fragmentation across the enterprise
Develops technology architecture roadmaps that align platform investments with long-term transformation goals
Collaborates with client CIO/CTO organizations to ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, and data governance
Translates business strategy and process redesign into system architecture requirements
Helps clients identify and prioritize digital and AI initiatives across business functions
Partners with Armanino’s AI team to determine build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for AI capabilities
Ensures AI initiatives align with enterprise system architecture and broader transformation plans
Evaluates how AI capabilities interact with ERP, data platforms, analytics environments, and workflow systems
Designs governance structures for multi-workstream transformation programs
Defines success metrics and transformation performance dashboards
Ensures alignment between transformation initiatives, architecture decisions, and implementation timelines
Coordinates work across strategy, technology, data, and operational teams
Aligns process redesign with system architecture design and AI capabilities
Manages cross-functional dependencies between transformation workstreams
Ensures technical architecture decisions support operational and organizational transformation goals
Facilitates executive workshops on digital strategy, AI opportunities, and enterprise architecture decisions
Translates complex technology concepts into clear executive-level transformation narratives
Provides strategic advisory to client leadership teams during transformation execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, related major or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ consulting or enterprise transformation experience
- Strong experience with enterprise system architecture and digital platform ecosystems
- Understanding of how ERP, CRM, data platforms, and AI capabilities interact in enterprise environments
- Experience leading complex digital or AI-enabled transformation programs
- Able to bridge business strategy, operational redesign, and technology architecture
- Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in one of our offices, or at a client site, up to 50%

Pay
- $167,200 - $227,700 for Colorado residents
- $183,800 - $250,500 for Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents
- $192,200 - $261,800 for Northern California residents
