About the role
The Strategy & Transactions team at Deloitte guides organizations through critical moments and transformational initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you will advise both external clients and Deloitte's internal leadership, leading high-stakes engagements and shaping markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape large, complex transformation engagements
- Own the client relationship day-to-day
- Drive the overall problem-solving agenda
- Accountable for the quality and impact of every workstream and deliverable
- Cultivate and expand executive relationships
- Contribute to business development
- Bring a perspective to every engagement, anticipating strategic questions and translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong academic record
- 8+ years of management consulting experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, performance improvement, operational transformation, or transactions
- 6+ years of experience advising and building trusted relationships with senior executives
- 6+ years of experience developing and delivering executive-ready materials
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and influencing others
- 4+ years of experience defining trends across industries
- 4+ years of experience applying advanced analytical methods and frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with AI tools and emerging technologies
- 2+ years of experience driving the sales cycle
Pay
The wage range for this role is $189,200 to $372,900, taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
Travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
