The Role
As a highly strategic and analytical Strategy & Operations professional, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive growth across the business. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Enterprise Sales and Solutions teams to support strategic opportunities and accelerate deal success.
- Building compelling business cases that quantify the impact of application modernization, technical debt reduction, engineering productivity gains, and accelerated software delivery.
- Engaging with executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, current-state challenges, and desired future-state outcomes.
- Developing value frameworks, ROI models, and executive presentations that support customer decision-making.
- Measuring realized customer outcomes post-deployment and identifying opportunities for expansion and additional value creation.
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior executives and board-level audiences.
- Prioritizing strategic initiatives, GTM planning, market analysis, operational scaling, and executive decision-making.
- Developing internal playbooks, methodologies, and strategic collateral that improve how Blitzy sells, delivers, and scales.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending scalable solutions across the business.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders on enterprise software transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Enterprise Sales and Solutions teams to support strategic opportunities and accelerate deal success.

Engage with executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, current-state challenges, and desired future-state outcomes.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior executives and board-level audiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM leadership on strategic company initiatives.
Support annual planning, market analysis, operational reviews, and special projects for executive leadership.
Develop internal playbooks, methodologies, and strategic collateral that improve how Blitzy sells, delivers, and scales.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions across the business.
Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders on enterprise software transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Business Value Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related analytical role.
- Experience building executive-level business cases and financial models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, software development lifecycles (SDLC), AI, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
- Ability to synthesize technical, operational, and financial information into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth technology organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and business performance analysis.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
