About the Role

This position focuses on analyzing and improving delivery costs and network efficiency within a commerce platform supporting various merchant verticals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with data modeling (Excel, SQL preferred), and financial modeling capabilities. They should be execution-oriented, detail-minded, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams such as Finance, Strategy, Product, and Operations. A customer- and merchant-centric mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track fulfillment cost metrics and develop reporting tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess initiatives aimed at improving cost effectiveness and merchant experience.
• Execute operational tests to enhance network efficiency and profitability.
• Support strategic and operational projects to drive sustainable growth.
• Manage performance metrics related to delivery costs and network efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
