Strategy & Operations Associate - Logistics

About the role

This position focuses on analyzing and improving fulfillment costs and efficiency within the commerce platform, with an emphasis on Non-Restaurant business lines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Analytics, and Product teams to track key metrics and develop reporting tools.
• Execute operational tests to enhance network efficiency and drive cost improvements.
• Support initiatives that boost merchant profitability and customer experience.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends, scope impactful projects, and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial modeling and SQL is a plus.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, execution-focused, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
