Strategy & Operations Associate
About the role
We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success, use a non-competitive approach so classes are fun and create a stress-free environment, use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success, and have a blast. Coaches are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.
Requirements
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Attend trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
- Availability on some of the following days and times: Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00 am and 2:00-5:00 pm, as well as weekends
- Ability to travel up to an hour to class locations across schools, parks, and recreational centers
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for working with children and promoting life skills through sports
- Willingness to learn and follow ready-made curriculums
- Open-minded approach to coaching
Pay
New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn $18/hr up to $25/hr.
Schedule
The majority of classes are held during morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. Monday-Friday: 9:00-12:00 am and 2:00-5:00 pm.
