Strategy Lead, Global Enterprise Web
About the Role
Intel.com is one of the most visible expressions of who we are as a company. Millions of people—from engineers and developers to gamers, investors, and enterprise buyers—form their first impression here. We are midway through a transformation of Intel.com, undertaken at a moment when AI is fundamentally reshaping how the web works. We are looking for a fearless digital leader to own and drive the strategy for our global enterprise web presence. This is not a maintenance role. You will set the direction, define what success looks like, and lead the cross-functional work that turns strategy into delivered experiences and impact.
You will operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, product, engineering, content, and executive priorities, and be the person accountable for alignment to a common outcome. If you are energized by ambiguity, fluent in the way AI is changing discovery and search, and skilled at moving senior stakeholders toward clear decisions, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for all Intel Digital properties, and translate into clear, executable priorities.
- Set the strategic direction for Intel's web transformation and protect that vision as the work scales.
- Create strategies to drive measurable growth, delivering personalized and logged-in experiences that move people from first visit to lasting relationship.
- Ready our ecosystem for the future of the web, including a future in which discovery, interaction, and conversion increasingly happen beyond the traditional pane of glass.
- Serve as the conduit to our technical partners, translating between business strategy and technical execution, keeping both sides aligned.
- Lead and manage external partners and agencies, holding them to a high standard and ensuring every engagement delivers real value.
- Drive cross-functional teams across design, content, engineering, SEO/GEO, analytics, and brand to deliver high-quality work.
- Influence senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and a hyper-engaged executive team, aligning competing priorities and keeping decisions moving.
- Bring an AI-first lens to digital strategy, including how generative engines and answer engines surface our content (GEO and AEO), and turn it into durable advantage.
- Continuously refine the measurement framework: what we track, what success looks like, and how web performance connects to business outcomes.
- Make the call on tradeoffs, constantly balancing speed, quality, scope, and resourcing, with the confidence to decide and defend each decision.
- Embed AI thoughtfully, raising throughput and quality without adding headcount.
Requirements
- A bold perspective on how AI is reshaping search, discovery, and content, including GEO, AEO, and the behavior of AI crawlers and answer engines.
- Mastery of communication, moving from an executive briefing to a working session with engineers in the same afternoon.
- Agency or omnichannel marketing experience—you see the full picture (not a myopic view) and understand how the site can drive broader priorities in marketing and communications.
- A well-developed point of view on where the web is heading next, grounded in real experience.
- A genuine culture builder who feels purpose in leading cross-functional teams and delivering quality work that ships.
- A high tolerance for ambiguity and change. You treat shifting timelines and priorities as core to the role rather than an obstacle.
- Sound judgment on tradeoffs and the confidence to decide with incomplete information while owning the results.
Qualifications
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience leading digital or web strategy at scale for a large, complex, global enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience building credibility with senior leaders. You possess strong executive communication skills, hold your own with executive stakeholders, navigate organizational complexity, and drive toward clear recommendations.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in technology, semiconductors, or another category with a technical audience and a long, considered buying journey.
- Experience driving personalization, growth, or loyalty is a plus.
- Experience standing up AI-powered workflows inside a marketing or digital organization.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and/or schoolwork/classes/research.
Why This Role
You will be shaping the digital front door of a company that is reinventing itself, at exactly the moment the web itself is being reinvented. You will join a team of innovators, disruptors, and change-makers who are building new ways of marketing in an AI world. You will have real ownership, real influence, and the opportunity to build something that did not exist before. If you are looking for a role where strategy and execution genuinely meet, this is it.
