Global Web Strategy Manager

About the role

This role is critical for the digital team to drive business value, support businesses with web content requirements, and continue crucial site migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute best practices and content guidance.
• Act as core point of contact between the team and business and regional stakeholders.
• Drive content lifecycle management across web platforms and influence website design and UX.
• Monitor, interpret, and communicate insights to stakeholders by providing interpretation and storytelling for impact.
• Own communication and meeting cadence and drive with business units' engagement.

Requirements

• Absolutely need 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing website experience and full funnel strategies.
• Experience in B2B environments, especially where customer interaction and understanding organizational needs play a key role in shaping digital experiences.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functionally across multiple offices and time zones.
• Must have a keen understanding of the interdependence between high-quality digital content and website effectiveness to drive business impact.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics tools, and other data analytics tools.
• A Bachelor's degree, required, in Digital Marketing, Management, Marketing Technology, Medical or Healthcare or related fields.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $109,000 to $174,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is an office role. Employees are required to work in-person at least 3 days per week.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $109,000 to $174,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
