About the role

The Strategy Execution, Governance & Portfolio Visibility Manager will provide enterprise-wide visibility over strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and executive directives. This role is responsible for translating bank priorities into structured, trackable execution while maintaining rigorous portfolio governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional accountability at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the formal intake and scoping of new initiatives
• Prepare high-quality executive reports for Board and Steering Committees
• Maintain robust logs for directives, decisions, risks, and dependencies
• Enforce governance cadences using enterprise platforms like Monday.com
• Foster an 'enterprise-first' culture across the organization
• Hold senior stakeholders accountable while maintaining intellectual honesty and focus on result delivery
