About the role

We pay $100/hour for professionals to help us understand and evaluate data from FactSet, Datasite, DealCloud, Excel, and related systems. Relevant data includes financial models, comparable-company analyses, deal trackers, diligence materials, pipeline exports, and data-room indexes.

There are two ways to work with us:

• Review and advise. Explain investment research, valuation, due diligence, and deal-management workflows.
• Authorized contribution. Work with data you own or are legally permitted to license.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with FactSet, Datasite, DealCloud, or similar platforms
• Background in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, M&A, or investment research
• Strong experience with financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, or data rooms
• Based in the United States

Pay

$100/hour
