• Conduct company, industry, and investor research across private equity, growth equity, and private credit
• Aid with capital sourcing efforts, including investor targeting and outreach support
• Support due diligence processes, data room management, and transaction execution
• Analyze capital structures, valuation outcomes, and investor return profiles
• Collaborate with senior bankers, private capital professionals, and execution teams across live mandates

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in investment banking, private capital, and private markets
• Solid skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals and capital raises in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, corporate finance, or transaction advisory is a plus
