RapidScale is building a Risk & Resilience advisory practice designed to help enterprise clients navigate increasingly complex challenges across business resilience, governance, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, artificial intelligence, compliance, exposure management, and operational readiness. We are seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience to help shape and deliver this growing advisory capability. This individual will work across client pursuits and engagements helping define complex business problems, structure advisory solutions, lead client workstreams, coordinate subject matter experts, and translate risk and technology challenges into practical strategies and execution plans. This is not a traditional project management or coordination role, nor is it a purely technical cybersecurity position. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting and advisory mindset and is comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy, risk, technology, and transformation. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise clients and internal experts across security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery while also helping build the methods, tools, and intellectual property that will support the continued growth of RapidScale's Risk & Resilience practice.
