Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy across pharmaceutical accounts and therapy areas
- Define brand platforms that connect science, audience need, and market opportunity
- Lead brand planning and cross-functional alignment across creative, medical, and account teams
- Translate complex therapeutic landscapes into clear, actionable brand direction
- Ensure brand strategy is informed by data, insights, and performance signals
- Identify growth opportunities and whitespace for brand differentiation
- Partner closely with medical strategy to ensure scientific accuracy and integrity
- Guide and mentor junior strategy talent
Requirements
- 8+ years in brand strategy within pharma advertising or healthcare marketing
- Strong understanding of pharma markets, audiences, and regulatory environments
- Proven ability to turn complex science and data into clear brand positioning
- Experience leading brand planning and cross-functional strategy development
- Confident client presence and strong strategic point of view
- Strong collaboration skills across creative, medical, and account teams
- Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
Pay
Range: $145,000 - $165,000
