Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Build financial models to assess potential deal structures and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams to drive value creation initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
