The Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate role guides clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You’ll provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. This position focuses on building client relationships, analyzing complex problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards while delivering comprehensive transaction support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to support client growth initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and risks
  • Perform financial due diligence and financial statement analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Create financial models and conduct scenario analysis to assess potential deal outcomes
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with corporate development teams to structure deals and optimize transaction terms
  • Engage in strategic planning and value creation activities to enhance client business performance
  • Utilize analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and provide actionable insights
  • Build meaningful client relationships and guide them through the transaction lifecycle
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s of Business Administration degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • This role is for job seekers in their final year of an MBA program at the time of application

Pay

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
