The Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity Senior Associate role is pivotal in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, maximizing value and driving successful deal outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives for mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients across the full transaction lifecycle. Your ability to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions aligned with the firm’s methodologies and business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Build financial models to assess potential deal structures and financial outcomes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s of Business Administration degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • This position is for job seekers in their final year of an MBA program at the time of application

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
