About the Role

As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to support client growth initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and risks
  • Perform financial due diligence and financial statement analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Create financial models and conduct scenario analysis to assess potential deal outcomes
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with corporate development teams to structure deals and optimize transaction terms
  • Engage in strategic planning and value creation activities to enhance client business performance
  • Utilize analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and provide actionable insights
  • Build meaningful client relationships and guide them through the transaction lifecycle
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • These positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
