Responsibilities

• Enhance financial performance through strategic working capital optimization
• Provide insightful data analysis and support for process improvements
• Collaborate with Private Equity and Corporate clients during transaction phases
• Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold standards
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business landscape
• Utilize critical thinking to address complex challenges
• Contribute to the team's strategic goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science
• 3 years of experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred
• Other related fields of study may be considered
• Advising clients on enhancing working capital
• Conducting thorough financial analysis and diagnostics
• Developing what-if scenarios/models for performance impacts
• Implementing improvement programs within Order to Cash
• Supporting due diligence processes for working capital
• Monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management
• Working with financial modeling and data analysis tools
