Key Holder/Sales Associate/Buyer

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and inventory targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquisition (buying) and sales techniques.
• Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and assist with their shopping needs.
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and direct a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion merchandising is a plus.
