About the role

This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, developing customer relationships, executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and supporting the store's business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in achieving store sales goals and individual sales targets set by management.
  • Deliver superior customer service and build repeat business through strong relationships.
  • Execute short and long-term plans to support the store's business strategy.
  • Maintain a neat and organized store, showcasing product and brand images.
  • Ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead in productivity and uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Absent from scheduled shifts only under exceptional circumstances.
  • Support the Store Manager in meeting sales goals and individual targets.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
  • Train new store employees.
  • Implement visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
  • Prior key holder experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Age 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin.
  • Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
