Key Responsibilities
- Create, design, and facilitate high-impact learning ecosystems for more than 700 sales professionals.
- Design and produce foundational instructional materials tailored for Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams.
- Break down complex processes into bite-sized micro-learning modules.
- Integrate AI-powered productivity tools into daily workflows.
- Utilize modern delivery methods like gamification and microlearning.
- Lead and manage diverse audiences in virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Develop continuous learning paths for sales teams.
- Manage and deploy learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create interactive modules using advanced authoring tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials.
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating training.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI applications in learning design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite of business applications.
- Experience in instructional design and delivery.
- Experience in sales organizations, particularly in auto sales or financial services.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interactive learning module creation.
- Experience integrating AI tools into instructional design workflows.
Pay & Benefits
Salaries for this role range from $98,900 to $112,900 annually, depending on location. Performance-based incentives may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
