Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships across the organization
- Streamline operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Present data-informed recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive multi-year strategies for organizational alignment in an anti-racism framework
- Mentor and develop team members throughout their lifecycle
- Develop AI-enabled solutions to enhance strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business administration, healthcare, or related field
- Minimum ten years in consulting, strategic planning, or project leadership in healthcare
- At least eight years in a leadership role within complex healthcare settings
- Experience collaborating with executive teams and external partners
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to close
