Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts within the truck and vocational sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across the transportation industry.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities, driving deals from prospecting through close.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business development opportunities.
- Proactively address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the truck or vocational sector.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, with experience selling complex solutions in transportation or logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed (up to 75%).
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent passenger vehicles for travel.
Pay
Base Salary: Between USD 110.000 and 130.000
