About the role
As a Strategic Recruiter on the Enterprise Delivery Services team, you will play a valuable role in sourcing, identifying, and acquiring top-tier IT talent to support our government projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding the unique requirements of federal IT positions, collaborating with hiring managers, and employing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. Understanding federal hiring regulations and technology trends and navigating the complexities of government security clearances will be essential.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic recruiting efforts based on client requirements, including conducting and sometimes leading intake calls to understand each role's specific requirements.
- Disseminate requirements and develop strategic recruiting plans to identify and attract top talent.
- Support proposal efforts in collaboration with our Joint Venture and Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal agency clients, serving as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs.
- Understand and navigate the federal contract procurement lifecycle to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- Manage the candidate qualification process, including resume screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate the security onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment deadlines and performance targets while operating independently and with minimal guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to align staffing initiatives for Take2 clients.
- Employ diverse sourcing channels, including social media, LinkedIn, and internal referrals, to build and maintain a robust candidate pool.
- Demonstrate expertise in staffing for technical roles and positions requiring high-level security clearances.
- Negotiate and consult with candidates on compensation expectations.
- Conduct thorough follow-up activities with candidates post-onboarding to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional experience in Full Life Cycle Federal IT Recruiting.
- Proven client-facing experience where you were the single point of contact and owned the relationship with the client.
- Strategic recruiting experience on pre-award efforts involving KPs, LOIs, and opportunity negotiations.
- Competence in full life cycle recruiting, with a specialized focus on Information Technology sourcing.
- Experience in delivering Government pre- and post-award work, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting high-level IT resources, including expertise in Cyber Security, Application/Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Data Analytics.
- Basic comprehension of government contracting and the federal marketplace, with a strong preference for knowledge of Government Security Clearances.
- Experience in actively contributing to Government Proposals in a delivery capacity.
- Self-motivated with a track record of goal setting and achievements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships by phone and in person.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, consistently deliver in a high-energy environment, and convey a sense of urgency to exceed expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort in conducting business over the phone.
- Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and technologies, with a preference for Bullhorn experience.

Pay
$85,000–$95,000 plus commission.
