Responsibilities
- Serving as domain expert on The Craneware Group’s software platform for patient data integration and management
- Evaluating business processes and researching root causes to improve customer quality and profitability
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets
- Acquiring and abstracting data from internal and external sources
- Collaborating to develop and implement data collection systems for optimal efficiency and quality
- Executing functional and analytic assessments and project requirements
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews
- Performing departmental shadowing and observations
- Analyzing processes and data
- Guiding process, resource, and system improvements for customer programs
- Staying current on industry issues, regulations, and technology
- Participating in developing proactive and automated monitoring tools
- Recommending technical improvements for applications
- Cooking with relevant parties on performance, reprocessing, and special projects
- Coordinating with other teams for remediation efforts
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and managing competing resources
- Interpreting data and developing recommendations collaboratively
- Developing graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
- Generating routine and ad hoc reports
