Responsibilities

  • Serving as domain expert on The Craneware Group’s software platform for patient data integration and management
  • Evaluating business processes and researching root causes to improve customer quality and profitability
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets
  • Acquiring and abstracting data from internal and external sources
  • Collaborating to develop and implement data collection systems for optimal efficiency and quality
  • Executing functional and analytic assessments and project requirements
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews
  • Performing departmental shadowing and observations
  • Analyzing processes and data
  • Guiding process, resource, and system improvements for customer programs
  • Staying current on industry issues, regulations, and technology
  • Participating in developing proactive and automated monitoring tools
  • Recommending technical improvements for applications
  • Cooking with relevant parties on performance, reprocessing, and special projects
  • Coordinating with other teams for remediation efforts
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and managing competing resources
  • Interpreting data and developing recommendations collaboratively
  • Developing graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
  • Generating routine and ad hoc reports
