Strategic Programs Director

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic goals and metrics
• Translate strategies into actionable department plans
• Monitor and adjust progress towards strategic objectives
• Facilitate planning sessions and track outcomes
• Establish the operational rhythm including meetings and reviews
• Maintain governance frameworks for accountability
• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation to execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expert in applicable work area
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Ability to manage large projects independently

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
