About the role

The Strategic Planner will play a pivotal role in architecting Lee Health's multi-year strategic planning process. They will leverage data-driven insights to transform strategic priorities into actionable goals and collaborate with executives, service line leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years in strategic planning or corporate development
• Proven ability to manage and execute strategic initiatives in a healthcare setting
