About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partner go-to-market strategy to grow partnerships
• Drive and manage relationships with strategic technology and solution partners
• Identify and nurture new strategic partnerships for potential growth
• Lead and mentor a lean team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Establish metrics and assess partnership effectiveness regularly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments to align efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in partnerships or business development in technology/SaaS
• Proven success in driving revenue through strategic partnerships
• Strong grasp of customer engagement solutions and digital marketing
• Natural leader with experience managing high-performing teams
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
• Flexible with travel requirements for partner meetings and industry events
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
