This role partners with business leaders to develop organizational structures that support growth, efficiency, and strategic objectives. LOCATION: This is a remote position open to candidates located within the United States, with frequent travel required to our Chicago headquarters. TRAVEL: 25 - 30% What You’ll Do Lead organization design and transformation projects across the enterprise.Assess organizational structures, role design, reporting relationships, and workflows.Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and operating models.Develop recommendations to address structural gaps, role overlap, and workforce alignment.Support large-scale change and transformation initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor's degree required.6-8 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR consulting, or related disciplines.Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives.Organization Design or Strategic Management certifications preferred.
