Job Description

Lead end-to-end execution of advisor development programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across all components.
Manage program logistics including planning, coordination, communication, and advisor member experience.
Ensure consistency and scalability across programs, both virtual and in-person.
Partner with Strategic Platform Development leadership to support the evolution and strategic direction of practice management programs.
Identify opportunities for enhancements, new initiatives, and increased platform impact.
Provide input into platform strategy based on field feedback, data insights, and program performance.
Sell enablement & internal engagement:
Collaborate with sales management and internal stakeholders to implement platform aspects of organizational initiatives.
Support internal teams with tools, communication, and training to drive awareness and utilization.
Act as a subject matter resource for platform-related questions and program membership.
Represent platforms in interactions with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to a consistent and professional presence.
Gather feedback from advisors, wholesalers, and wholesaling management to inform program improvements.

Qualifications

Experience 4–7+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, training, or related roles.
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance strongly preferred.
Experience supporting or contributing to strategic initiatives or program development.
Exposure to advisor-facing or sales-driven environments preferred.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and program management tools.
