About the role
Built around the mission of helping businesses grow in today's dynamic marketing environment, this role leverages Google's unparalleled advertising solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Google Large Customer Sales (LCS) to create and deliver forward-looking business storytelling, fostering strategic dialogue, inspiring innovation, and strengthening executive partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative strategic insights and multi-modal narratives to resonate with C-suite audiences.
- Convert custom research into customer-facing sales positioning.
- Drive agile delivery of insights for easy sales application, leveraging consumer insight to support business partners in identifying emerging business opportunities.
- Execute scale across verticals and sectors, contributing to insight and narrative development that drives growth across teams.
- Collaborate with Executives, Sales Leadership, and Cross-Product Area teams to understand strategic priorities, industry issues, and trends.
- Translate this intelligence into high-value thought leadership.
- Leverage AI and agentic technology to enhance thought leadership, accelerate strategic development, and empower sales partners to activate insights and narrative materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in retail industry strategy, executive communications, enterprise sales enablement, or vertical marketing roles, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience in advertising sales, media, marketing, or consulting, with expertise in developing customer-facing sales narratives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Chief Experience Officer (CXO) or executive stakeholders on developing and delivering impact through strategy and insight.
- Expansive thinking to distill big-picture, macro perspective and synthesize micro-level details to drive excellence in insights generation and dissemination.
- Strong cross-functional partner, with ability to lead groups toward a shared goal, and agility in working style to adapt to the needs of executive partners.
- Ability to uncover compelling proprietary insights that shift CXO mindsets.
- Dynamic and compelling communicator and presenter with the ability to test executive audiences with data-driven insights.

Google offers a comprehensive benefits package including individual pay determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $142,000 - $206,000 (USD) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits.
