Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple locations within a dynamic, operationally focused organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management while providing leadership to a regional HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a regional HR team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service across multiple locations.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote consistent application of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR effectiveness and the employee experience.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop managers, strengthen employee development efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience.
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Management, or related leadership experience, including strategic partnership with operational leaders.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing HR team members.
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations + seasonal or high-volume workforces.
