Human Resource Business Partner
About the role
We're looking for a driven, organized, and personable HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of five clients, providing full-cycle HR support, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. You'll play a key role in implementing and administering HR programs and policies while partnering with clients on recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, builds strong relationships, and is ready to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle HR support, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and performance management
- Partner with clients on recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies
Requirements
- Experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Benefits
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Schedule: Full-time
