Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadership
- Work with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview process
- Consult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied
- Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Identify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coaching
- Provide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and providing advice/recommendation to management
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
- Additional human resources activities and other duties as needed
- Up to 40% day travel
Requirements
- 4-6+ years' progressive human resource experience or equivalent
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required
- Advanced degree and/or HR certification(s) preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience)
