About the role

The role is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support various aspects of employee and labor relations, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, accommodations, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with leaders to resolve complex employee matters
  • Strengthen workforce effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and organizational development
  • Experience managing accommodations and employment law compliance
  • Union/labor relations experience preferred
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
