Human Resource Business Partner
About the role
The role is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support various aspects of employee and labor relations, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, accommodations, and leadership coaching.
Responsibilities
- Partners with leaders to resolve complex employee matters
- Strengthen workforce effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and organizational development
- Experience managing accommodations and employment law compliance
- Union/labor relations experience preferred
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
