Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with applicants.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
  • Support employee relations by providing guidance, coaching, and resolution recommendations.
  • Aid in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Participate in organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide support for compensation, benefits administration, and annual HR processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) like ADP Workforce Now or ADP TotalSource.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and independent stakeholders in a legacy environment.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
