About the role
Belden’s Growth Marketing Manager leads targeted, data-driven campaigns that shape buying decisions, generate leads, and accelerate funnel inflow across key audiences. This role develops campaign strategy, translates technical concepts into clear customer messaging, and serves as the primary connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive campaign strategy: Own the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, qualified leads and funnel impact.
- Develop customer messaging: Translate complex product and solution information into compelling, customer-centric value propositions and content across priority vertical markets.
- Understand customer behavior: Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior in the region, analyze each stage of our sales funnel and collaborate closely with our sales teams to respond to buyer intent effectively.
- Optimize performance: Monitor real-time results across digital channels and Salesforce to optimize tactics and maximize lead to pipeline conversion.
- Partner cross-functionally: Align plans with Sales, Inside Sales, Global Marketing to ensure campaigns support business priorities and receive buy-in across the organization.
- Communicate marketing impact: Report campaign performance to stakeholders and demonstrate a clear connection between marketing activity and funnel impact.
- Navigate ambiguity: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where not all inputs are defined, using data, experimentation, and stakeholder input to clarify direction and drive progress.
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- Experience – 7+ years of experience in the marketing field with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign strategy. Proven track record of owning the strategy behind integrated campaigns (audience prioritization, offer development, messaging, channel mix) and connecting marketing activity to measurable outcomes, such as qualified leads and funnel impact. Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and an understanding of how ABM tools and signals inform campaign targeting, personalization, and prioritization.

Pay
Base compensation range: $110,000 - 135,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
