POSITION SUMMARY
The Strategic Growth Manager is a remote, hunter-oriented sales professional responsible for developing new business within assigned Easy Ice branch territories. The Sales Growth Manager executes the full sales cycle remotely, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, conducting installation surveys over the phone, and closing new business. In addition to branch market development, the Strategic Growth Manager receives inbound opportunities from Easy Ice's 3rd-party serviced markets and is responsible for customer setup and closing service agreements. This position may also support branch markets when outside sales representatives are not available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet monthly sales and installation quotas.
- Possess strong communication skills—especially over the phone.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business remotely.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Receive and close inbound leads from 3rd-party serviced markets.
- Conduct remote installation surveys to ensure accurate operational handoff.
- Present Easy Ice service options virtually and communicate value propositions.
- Support branch territories when outside reps are unavailable.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for all sales activity.
- Develop a strategic growth plan for assigned branch territories.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Installation Coordinators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify new business opportunities via remote outreach.
- Conduct outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual product presentations.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company service models.
- Negotiate pricing and terms remotely.
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation of all interactions.
- Cook up with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Execute growth strategies based on market and customer insights.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably in a hunter-focused or remote selling role.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong phone-based selling and communication skills; highly organized with strong pipeline management skills; ability to manage a territory remotely and independently; strong business acumen and ability to research target markets; proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable.
