Strategic Finance Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA – hybrid schedule, in-office 3 days per week.

The firm operates multiple revenue streams within the platform and continues to expand its footprint through operational optimization and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys complex financial modeling, and can partner closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, maintaining forward-looking financial models and reporting frameworks
• Deliver analyses and insights for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and board-level discussions
• Support capital markets initiatives, including relationship management, fundraising preparation, and due diligence activities
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to evaluate new initiatives, model unit economics, and guide resource allocation
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track business performance and key financial metrics
• Provide financial recommendations informed by a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and business model
• Prepare clear, concise presentations and analyses for internal stakeholders
• Support ad hoc financial projects, strategic reviews, and business case development
• Collaborate frequently with senior leaders, providing monthly reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort level interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with financial systems and analytics tools is a plus
