Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities, partnerships, and new products
• Own product-level financial models including transaction revenue and customer economics
• Evaluate new monetization models and pricing structures with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain investment-grade models that support executive decision-making
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership reviews
• Serve as a strategic thought partner by identifying key drivers and making clear recommendations
• Develop financial frameworks to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2-4 years in investment banking or private equity and 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a high-growth tech or fintech company
• Elite financial modeling skills with the ability to build robust, flexible, and executive-ready models
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment for effective decision-making
• Excellent executive communication skills for synthesizing complex analysis into clear narratives
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience with strategic partnerships, product monetization, M&A, or other high-priority growth initiatives
• High degree of ownership with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive workstreams to completion
• AI proficiency with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance financial analysis

Pay

$140,000 – $185,000 annually
