Strategic Customer Support Representative- Pump and Power
About the role
Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest growing rental business in North America—is seeking a Strategic Customer Support Representative – Pump and Power. This role serves as the first point of contact for many customers, understanding their needs, providing equipment solutions, negotiating and closing deals (rental or sale), and processing contracts. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue while exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service. Success is measured by driving sales, ensuring positive customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Understand customer needs and provide equipment solutions
- Negotiate and close deals (rental or sale)
- Process customer contracts
- Support achievement of business goals through sales and customer service
- Work collaboratively to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Skills
- Sales skills and customer service focus
- Computer proficiency with MS applications
- Wynne experience a plus
- Equipment Rental/Emergency Response experience preferred
Physical demands
- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
- Lifting 25 pounds or more
- Working indoors and outdoors as required

Pay
Base pay range: $17.75 – $23.72. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
