Strategic Customer Support Rep - Power & HVAC
About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power to serve as the first point of contact for customers, understand their needs, provide equipment solutions, negotiate and close deals, and process contracts. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service, supporting the achievement of business goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Sales skills and customer service focus
- Computer proficiency with MS applications
- Wynne experience a plus
- Equipment Rental/Emergency Response experience preferred
Qualifications
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.72. Starting rate may vary based on factors including position, location, education, training, and experience.
Schedule
Paid time off includes: 12-25 vacation days (depending on years of service), 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half-day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, and 1 volunteer day.
You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
