Strategic Customer Service & Planning Coordinator

About the role

This cross-functional role connects Customer Service, Sales, Prepress, Production, and Quality to manage orders from purchase order through production and delivery. You'll use ERP and planning tools, monitor schedules, resolve issues, and make sure the details are right at every step. If you're organized, production-minded, detail-obsessed, and great at solving problems, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from purchase order through production and delivery
• Use ERP and planning tools to monitor schedules and resolve issues
• Ensure details are accurate at every step of the production process
• Work with internal customers to ensure alignment of production goals
• Quickly identify and solve production issues that may affect timelines or output
• Ensure production schedules and forecasts are accurate to minimize errors and inefficiencies
• Maintain awareness of quality standards and ensure they are upheld in production

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in customer service, production planning, scheduling, or in a similar detail-oriented capacity
• Strong understanding of production processes, material flow, production timelines, and capacity planning
• Strong working knowledge of ERP system (e.g., IFS, Epicor, Printvis, Optimus Radius, NetSuite, SAP)
• Ability to work with internal customers to ensure alignment of production goals
• Skills to quickly identify and solve production issues that may affect timelines or output
• Adaptability to changing production demands, supply issues, or unforeseen delays
• Awareness of quality standards and ensuring they are maintained in production
• High school diploma or equivalent required
