About the role
This position is available for a Planning and Customer Service Coordinator based at Spang Engineered Solutions' Pittsburgh, PA office.
Responsibilities
- Handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing
- Sending order documentation to customers
- Creating quotes and orders in IFS
- Providing order status updates
- Monitoring a shared inbox
- Ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information
- Working closely with sales, shipping, production, and procurement at all domestic sites
- Occasional domestic travel required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with international trade compliance a plus
