About the role

This position is available for a Planning and Customer Service Coordinator based at Spang Engineered Solutions' Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities

  • Handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing
  • Sending order documentation to customers
  • Creating quotes and orders in IFS
  • Providing order status updates
  • Monitoring a shared inbox
  • Ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information
  • Working closely with sales, shipping, production, and procurement at all domestic sites
  • Occasional domestic travel required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with international trade compliance a plus
