About the role

The Strategic Alliances Senior Associate role is focused on supporting the growth and success of ZS’s strategic data platform partners, particularly with companies like Databricks, Snowflake, and Dataiku. Key responsibilities include partnership governance, pipeline management, and account coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement.
  • Support governance models for existing strategic partnerships.
  • Aid in scheduling and preparing materials for partner reviews and joint planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data for partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against goals.
  • Follow up on joint account activities and ensure timely execution of next steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner contacts to resolve issues and accelerate opportunities.
  • Streamline processes for partner engagement and enablement.
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for partner development activities.
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to develop and support marketing campaigns with our partners, including written content and event coordination.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in technology business development, partner management, or related roles preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), Powerpoint, and reporting platforms.

Qualifications
