Responsibilities

- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of rental equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment management or customer service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and aerial work platforms.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
